TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • strictly no cancellation once you have claimed the item. this will be effective as soon as i send the order confirmation.

  • cancellation fee is 50% of the original price. however, finding a pasalo slot is okay only if you have already paid me.

  • i will indicate the deadline of payment in the oc. please pay within the given time, if not, this will incur a late fee 15 php per day. joy reservers will also be posted and blocked.

  • please only ask for a condition video if you are a sure buyer.

  • i will disclose the marks of a pc before shipping out, but in the occurence that you still receive it with very noticeable dents/marks that i have not disclosed, i will offer a partial refund (20% of the item's price).

  • no rush shipping, although i often pack it and ship it out as soon as possible after the buyer has paid and checked out.

  • i will not be held liable for damages or issues from the courier once the item has been shipped out, although rest assured that your item will be packed safely! i will also not refund the item if it gets lost.

  • please always provide proof of payment (gcash receipt) and, optionally, a raw unboxing video if you will opt for a refund with a valid reason.
